By downloading or using AfterSession, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

AfterSession is a note-taking app designed for therapists, counselors, and coaches to organize session notes for their practice. All data is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

AfterSession offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called AfterSession Pro, available in two plans:

  • Monthly — billed monthly
  • Yearly — billed annually

Pro features include unlimited clients, global search across all notes, secure backup and restore, and duplicate with content.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in AfterSession, including client information and session notes. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AfterSession in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to client confidentiality and data protection in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer

AfterSession is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. AfterSession is a note-taking tool and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinSoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AfterSession, including but not limited to loss of data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
